Deskripsi Kerja
We are looking for a dedicated Guest Service Manager to join our team at HARRIS Hotel & Conventions Sunshine Penang. In this role, you will develop and implement guest service standards, oversee daily front office operations, and ensure high guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in guest service, focusing on personalized guest experiences.
This full-time position offers a starting salary of RM6,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as additional leave, health insurance, and professional development opportunities. Reliable commuting or plans to relocate to Ayer Itam is required.
