Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a Senior Guest Services Associate to supervise our front office team at St. Giles Southkey Johor Bahru. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations while delivering excellent customer feedback and satisfaction.
You will manage hotel charges accurately, ensure invoices are correct, and verify billing instructions while attaching necessary supporting documents for direct settlements. As a supervisor, you will be a role model, sharing your expertise and inspiring the front office team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM2,900.00 per month
