Join the prestigious Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as a Guest Services Agent! In this role, you will meet and exceed guest expectations by providing exceptional Front Desk service that aligns with our Legendary Quality Experiences.
As part of the Front Office team, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring seamless room assignments according to guest preferences. You will also be involved in training and implementing IMS policies while identifying areas for improvement.
