Plenitude Management Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Guest Services Assistant to provide exceptional service to our guests. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with check-in and check-out, handling inquiries and complaints, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Additionally, you will help with luggage, promote hotel services, manage cash transactions, and collaborate with team members.
This full-time position offers a salary between RM2,800.00 and RM4,500.00 per month, along with health insurance and professional development opportunities.
