Deskripsi Kerja
As a Guest Services Officer, you will greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations and payments, answer phones, and resolve inquiries professionally. You will coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, maintain guest records, and ensure a clean, welcoming lobby. Requirements: excellent communication and customer service skills, basic computer proficiency, attention to detail, and flexibility to work shifts.
