Location: Kajang, Selangor

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of culinary experience, especially in Minang cuisine.
• High cooking skills and knowledge of Minang techniques.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare Minang menus.
• Lead kitchen operations and supervise staff.
• Ensure food quality and safety.
