Beacon Hospital Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Health Screening Customer Service Representative to ensure a smooth health screening journey for our patients. Responsibilities include managing appointments, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness in the department. You will also welcome patients, attend to their needs, handle complaints, and participate in marketing and quality assurance initiatives.

This full-time position offers a salary range of RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month. Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer care experience, preferably hold STM/STPM, and be proficient in Mandarin.
