Deskripsi Kerja
Join our team at Talreso Consultancy and Advisory Sdn Bhd as a Help Desk Support in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya. We are looking for passionate individuals to deliver world-class customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, upgrade requests, baggage issues, delays, and cancellations.
Requirements: Minimum SPM education, fluent in English or Bahasa Malaysia, fresh graduates welcome. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Benefits: Competitive pay (RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00/month), health insurance, friendly work environment, and accessible via public transport.
Working Hours: Rotational shifts, 8AM to 9PM, including 1-hour break.
