Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a dedicated Helpdesk Administrator to join our IT Consulting Company. In this role, you will be the friendly point of contact for customers, addressing their queries and concerns. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming requests via calls, emails, or chat, and ensuring timely resolutions in collaboration with our team.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Experience: 1 year in Customer Support/Admin (Preferred)
Language: Mandarin (Preferred)
