Deskripsi Kerja
Job Summary:
The Helpdesk Analyst L1 provides essential first-level technical support for Zoom and Box products, addressing customer inquiries and performing basic troubleshooting, while escalating complex issues to higher-level support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of helpdesk/technical support experience.
- Bilingual in Japanese and English.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM5,00.00 – RM6,00.00 per month
