Katsumi Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Hotel Front Desk Receptionist to manage guest arrivals, check-ins/outs, registration, and transactions. This position requires excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
Job Details:
Contract Type: Full-time
Job Type: Non-Executive
Experience Level: 1-3 years
Minimum Education Required: SPM or equivalent; Hospitality or tourism qualification; Diploma or certificate in hotel management or front office operations.
Language Required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin/Cantonese, Tamil.
Salary: RM 1,600 to RM 1,800 per month, plus benefits like meal allowances and medical incentives.
