Chariton Hotel Alma is seeking a dedicated Hotel Receptionist to join our team! Your role will involve:

• Check-in and check-out tasks
• Managing reservations
• Informing customers about payment methods
• Registering guests and collecting information
• Welcoming guests and assigning rooms
• Providing hotel information and responding to complaints
• Liaising with housekeeping
• Running night audits and maintaining records

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: From RM1,700.00/month | Start Date: 08/01/2025
