MASS Global Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and friendly Hotel Receptionist. As the first point of contact for guests, you’ll create an inviting atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and verifying bookings
- Allocating rooms and issuing keys
- Handling inquiries and administrative tasks
- Providing concierge services
- Processing payments and facilitating check-outs
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM1,700.00/month
Schedule: Rotational shifts, weekends required
