Deskripsi Kerja

Join our team at Amansari Hotel Nusajaya as a Hotel Reservation Agent! In this role, you’ll handle all incoming inquiries via phone or email regarding room bookings and convert calls into sales. You’ll also clarify guest preferences before their arrival and assist with administrative tasks like data entry.

Requirements: Relevant certification and experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided. Must be willing to work in Gelang Patah.
