Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Welcome guests and assist them as the host of the hotel.
- Conduct rounds, log updates, and report incidents.
- Address security-related concerns promptly.
- Report directly to the Security Manager.
Requirements
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Friendly demeanor and pleasant personality.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous security experience in hospitality preferred.
- Knowledge/certification in security and safety is advantageous.
- Honest, responsive, and open to communication.
