Deskripsi Kerja
UOA Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Executive to assist in the daily operations of our housekeeping department. This role involves supervising room attendants, public area cleaners, and laundry staff while ensuring cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and compliance with health & safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
- Coordinate with Front Office for smooth guest check-in/out.
- Conduct daily cleanliness inspections.
- Assign tasks and train staff.
- Handle guest feedback professionally.
Requirements: 2-3 years in a supervisory role, strong leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: From RM2,800.00/month
