Position: Housekeeping Manager

The Housekeeping Manager will lead the housekeeping department to ensure exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction in guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas, in alignment with Hyatt’s brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities.
- Train and mentor staff on cleaning standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with other departments for enhanced guest experiences.
