Deskripsi Kerja
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
- Assist the Housekeeping Department in supervising daily activities.
- Coordinate efforts with Housekeeping, Laundry, Engineering, and Front Office.
- Train and evaluate staff in various housekeeping functions.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and report maintenance issues.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in any field.
- Three years of supervisory experience in housekeeping.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM6,00.00 per month
