This role entails ensuring cleanliness, maintaining high efficiency, and promoting a courteous environment among the staff. You will be responsible for supervising public area attendants, training staff, monitoring attendance, and maintaining standards of dress and conduct.
Additional responsibilities include reporting damages, checking equipment functionality, and coordinating with outlet managers for special function support. Your leadership will play a crucial role in enhancing guest satisfaction and maintaining our hotel’s reputation for excellence.
