Deskripsi Kerja
What You’ll Do:
- Manage recruitment tailored to specific job roles
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees
- Oversee replacements and disciplinary actions for contract employees
- Handle payroll, statutory processing, and disbursements
- Enhance our e-HR management system for contract employees
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in an HR or administrative role
- Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese
- Must possess own transport
Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
