Deskripsi Kerja
What You Must Have:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and training
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Field, Psychology, or equivalent
- Experience in the food industry
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs.
- Source candidates from various channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews.
- Prepare onboarding materials and conduct onboarding.
- Identify and organize training programs.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
