Deskripsi Kerja

Kopi Rakyat Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated HR & Admin Executive to join our team in Tebrau, Johor Bahru. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in HR or administration, but fresh graduates are welcome. A diploma or bachelor’s degree is required, and applicants must be Malaysian.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize recruitment activities including resume screening and interviews.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare employment contracts and conduct orientations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws.

Salary ranges from RM2,00 to RM3,00 per month, with benefits including flexible scheduling and health insurance.
