Deskripsi Kerja
Join Pembinaan Tetap Teguh as an HR & Admin Executive! We are looking for a dedicated individual to compile Training Needs Analysis (TNA), maintain training data, source training programs, and coordinate both in-house and external training sessions. You will also monitor HRDCorp funds to ensure optimal usage.
Requirements include a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Education, or Training, strong interpersonal skills, and expertise in learning and development program management. Excellent communication skills are essential.
Job Location: Spaceu8, Shah Alam.
