Deskripsi Kerja

Position: Human Resource Executive

Salary Range: RM 2,500 – RM 4,500

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Location: Petaling Jaya Selatan

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
• Conduct onboarding programs for new employees.
• Administer staff leave and attendance records.
• Handle ad-hoc HR tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration.
• At least 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local employment laws.
• Ability to work independently.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
