Deskripsi Kerja

MPS Academy Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated HR & Admin Officer. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Recruiting and selecting candidates
  2. Employee orientation and training
  3. Managing compensation and benefits
  4. Overseeing office operations
  5. Conducting performance management
  6. Facilitating training and development
  7. Handling employee relations
  8. Ensuring compliance with labor laws
  9. Utilizing HR information systems
  10. Promoting diversity and inclusion
  11. Planning for succession

Benefits include EPF + SOCSO, maternity leaves, and promotion opportunities.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month.

Keperluan

  • Physically and Mentally Healthy
  • Minimum Age of 18 Years
  • No Criminal Record
  • Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Minimum Education of High School Diploma
  • Able to Work in a Team
  • Able to Work Under Pressure
  • Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
