Deskripsi Kerja
Join Agensi Pekerjaan Alpha Alliance Sdn Bhd as an HR & Administrative Executive! You’ll be responsible for coordinating the employee onboarding process, managing employee relations, overseeing performance management, and developing training programs.
Your role also includes ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws, maintaining accurate employee records, and mentoring the HR team. We seek a candidate with a minimum bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and at least 5 years of HR management experience.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from RM7,00.00 to RM11,00.00 per month.
