About the Role:
ESW Global Inc is seeking a dedicated HR and Admin Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in payroll, HR operations, and administrative support, particularly in Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly payroll and ensure compliance.
- Maintain leave records accurately.
- Handle work pass applications.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Perform general office administration duties.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of HR and administration experience.
- Payroll experience and local regulations knowledge.
- Strong organizational and MS Office skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 – RM6,00.00/month
