Flex Precision Manufacturing (Malaysia) SDN. BHD. is seeking a motivated HR and Admin Executive to join our team. This full-time position involves developing and implementing human resource strategic plans aligned with our business objectives, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Key responsibilities include establishing recruitment and training systems, handling performance evaluations, and improving employee satisfaction. You will collaborate with various departments and the headquarters to implement HR policies effectively.
Salary: RM5,00.00 – RM8,00.00 per month.
