Deskripsi Kerja

Tetap Jaya Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to support our human resources management team. This full-time position involves assisting with various HR functions, including policy implementation, recruitment, payroll processing, and staff training analysis.

The ideal candidate will conduct employee orientations, organize engagement activities, manage documentation, and maintain employee files. A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of HR experience are preferred. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Compensation ranges from RM2,00.00 to RM2,500.00 per month, with benefits such as health insurance and maternity leave.
