Deskripsi Kerja

AP Risewave Consulting is seeking an HR Assistant to support HR operations at our E-Commerce sorting warehouse located in Shah Alam.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage temporary staffing agencies for foreign labor.
  • Participate in the interview process for blue-collar hiring and foreign labor.
  • Address employee relations matters.
  • Assist in staffing processes and manpower planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus

Experience: 3 years in human resources (preferred)

Expected Start Date: 11/01/2024
