Deskripsi Kerja

LTH Group Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will help identify hiring needs and fill job openings efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying future hiring needs
• Collaborating with department managers
• Designing job descriptions
• Attracting candidates via databases and social media
• Conducting interviews and managing internship programs
• Providing recruitment reports
• Performing other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM2,00.00 per month

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekend jobs
