Overview: Hiredly X is seeking an experienced HR Assistant Manager to manage employee relations, including trade union interactions, recruitment, and employee development. You will drive training initiatives, ensure compliance with labor laws, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities: Negotiate with trade unions, oversee recruitment processes, lead employee development, and ensure HR compliance while maintaining a harmonious work environment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 5+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of labor laws, and excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: RM5,00.00 – RM7,00.00/month
