Deskripsi Kerja

Mighty Bakery Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to manage various HR functions. Responsibilities include overseeing Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Processing, and Performance Appraisals. Handle monthly payroll, attendance, leave management, and support recruitment for our Sales Branches.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field with at least 1 year of experience. Strong knowledge of Labor Law and proficiency in MS Excel and Word are essential. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required; Mandarin is a plus.

We offer a full-time, permanent position with a salary of RM2,00.00 to RM2,500.00 per month, plus a yearly bonus.
