S.H.A HUP AIK SDN. BHD. is seeking an HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will assist with daily HR operations and provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives. Responsibilities include updating employee records, processing documentation, and addressing employee inquiries.
Candidates must possess a Diploma in Human Resource, Administration, or Management, with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Excellent interpersonal skills and discretion with confidential information are essential. The position offers a full-time schedule from RM1,500.00 to RM3,00.00 per month, including benefits such as professional development and performance bonuses.
