Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to manage the full recruitment cycle, handle employee relations matters professionally, and support general HR operations, including payroll coordination.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
• 4-6 years of HR generalist experience in manufacturing.
• Strong recruitment and employee relations experience.
• Knowledge of Malaysia labor laws is required.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing a small team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: RM6,00.00 – RM8,00.00 per month
