Deskripsi Kerja
Join the GLENMARIE HOTEL & GOLF RESORT team as an HR Coordinator. Key responsibilities include assisting in training needs assessment, maintaining training documentation, supporting new employee orientation, and coordinating with external training providers. You will also oversee on-the-job training, manage apprenticeship programs, and maintain yearly training schedules.
Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, familiarity with training methods, good communication skills, and proficiency in computer applications are essential. The position offers a full-time opportunity with a monthly salary range of RM2,500.00 – RM2,800.00 and benefits such as health insurance, meal provision, and career advancement.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
