Agensi Pekerjaan Great Pyramid Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to enhance our customer service operations. You will manage inquiries related to overseas visa applications, onboarding, and local employment policies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries via email, messaging, and calls.
- Coordinate with teams to resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Record and track cases effectively to meet service goals.
- Provide exemplary customer service and support recruitment efforts.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of experience, fluency in Mandarin and English, and strong MS Office skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM5,00.00 – RM8,00.00 per month
