Deskripsi Kerja
A leading Semiconductor Manufacturing MNC located in Bayan Lepas, Penang, is seeking an experienced HR Director. This role involves leading a team of 4 direct reports and overseeing over 20 indirect reports, managing the HR function for a manufacturing plant with more than 3,00 staff.
Qualifications include at least 20 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 8 years in people leadership roles within MNCs in the Semiconductor or Electronics Manufacturing industry. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary starting from RM30,00. Candidates should be proficient in English and Mandarin.
