Deskripsi Kerja
Responsibilities:
- Manage HR matters and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Carry out year-end performance management and prepare related documents.
- Source, recruit, and onboard suitable candidates.
- Handle payroll processing and manage statutory contributions.
- Administer employee benefits and support claims.
- Manage training and development programs.
- Facilitate employee relations and communication.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree with at least 3 years of HR and payroll experience.
- Familiar with Malaysia employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal skills in English and Malay.
- Positive attitude and ethical behavior.
