Deskripsi Kerja
Position: HR Executive
Location: Meru, Klang
Salary: RM 3,00 – RM 4,00
Working Days: 5 days a week
Responsibilities:
- Support HR activities including payroll calculation, attendance checking, and medical claims.
- Coordinate recruitment documentation such as confirmations and terminations.
- Liaise with government authorities like Labour Office, EPF & SOCSO.
- Handle employee disciplinary issues.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality.
