Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join our team at MAHSA University. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for clinical, medical, and administrative roles.
- Act as a point of contact for HR inquiries and handle employee grievances.
- Maintain employee records and assist with payroll preparation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and assist in audits.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
