Our client is an established medical device manufacturing company located in Europe. We are seeking a qualified HR Executive to join our team at SILC Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle HR functions such as recruitment, training, employee welfare, and benefits.
• Manage attendance, leave, and staff movements.
• Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in HR or Business Studies.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR and administration.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin required.
