Deskripsi Kerja
Location: Setia Alam
Salary: RM 3,00 – RM 4,500
Working Days: 5 Days
Responsibilities:
– Support HR activities including payroll, overtime, staff attendance, medical claims, and leave updates.
– Coordinate recruitment documentation and administration tasks.
– Liaise with government authorities such as the Labour Office, EPF, and SOCSO.
– Manage employee disciplinary issues.
– Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
– Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
– Minimum 3 years of experience.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
