Deskripsi Kerja

Starza Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to assist in handling various Corporate Affairs-related matters, including Human Resource and Administration duties. Responsibilities include training and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.

You will help implement HR strategies, maintain systems for measuring human resource development, and ensure compliance with regulations to foster a positive workplace environment. Additionally, you will enhance internal communications and provide high-level administrative support.
