Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process.
- Maintain employee records and HR documents.
- Monitor employee attendance and discipline.
- Prepare monthly HR reports.
- Support company operations during events.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s in HR Management.
- 1-2 years of HR experience; fresh graduates encouraged.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Flexible and willing to participate in events.
