Deskripsi Kerja
VS OUTLET SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to manage our recruitment strategy and HR functions. Key responsibilities include formulating recruitment strategies, overseeing onboarding and offboarding, implementing HR policies, and handling payroll and employee relations. You will also coordinate office operations and assist in organizing company events.
Qualifications: diploma in Human Resources or related fields, minimum 2 years of HR experience, strong communication, and organizational skills, and proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent; Pay: RM3,500.00 – RM4,500.00/month.
