ASTRA HUB SDN BHD is seeking a proactive and adaptable HR Generalist to join our expanding team across multiple locations. This hands-on role encompasses recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee support.
Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment, maintain employee records, support payroll, implement HR policies, coordinate performance reviews, and assist with employee relations.
Requirements: Degree in HR or Business Administration, 1-3 years of HR experience, knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM2,420.36 – RM5,445.35/month | Location: In person
