Deskripsi Kerja
Join our expanding E&E industry/construction company as an HR Generalist in Johor Jaya (81100). Work 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) with regular hours, contributing to attendance management, workplace conduct monitoring, policy development, and administrative tasks.
Your role includes monitoring employee attendance, upholding company conduct, ensuring policy compliance, preparing reports, and maintaining HR records. We’re seeking candidates with a diploma or degree in HR, relevant experience, and strong communication skills.
This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary between RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 monthly, along with health insurance, maternity leave, and growth opportunities.
