Deskripsi Kerja

Pentrac Consulting Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to oversee our recruitment and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will manage employee concerns, conflict resolution, and performance management while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or Human Resources, along with 3+ years in HR. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

This full-time, permanent position offers a salary of RM3,00.00 to RM5,00.00 per month, plus benefits.
