Deskripsi Kerja

Teleperformance is seeking a passionate and proactive HR Helpdesk Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess an HR or Psychology diploma/degree, though Business course students are welcome to apply. We prefer candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities include managing HR operations, resolving employee inquiries, overseeing compensation administration, and enhancing employee onboarding processes. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and an understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act would be advantageous.
